Pump Track Grand Opening

Though the weather threatened rain all morning, over 100 cycling enthusiasts and spectators gathered at 11 a.m. on September 10 for the ribbon cutting of the Esposito Park Pump Track. The asphalt track was designed and built by Ontario Bike Park Construction Inc. It is believed to be one of the largest pump tracks in all of Canada.

Construction of the track was generously supported by  donors Andre Riopel and Dale Harrison, who contributed a combined $75,000 towards the cost of the facility.

Sensory playground opening

Tuesday June 19th marked the grand opening of the new Sensory and Adventure Playground at Bellevue Park. This was the first new major playground expansion at the park since 2003.
